About Adam
With more than 30 years of experience in the residential mortgage industry, including owning and operating a mortgage company and serving in senior leadership roles for various banks and national mortgage lenders, I took the step of becoming a licensed Realtor to expand how I serve clients in the communities I know well. My professional background as a lender combined with my knowledge of the markets I serve gives me a unique perspective when working with both buyers and sellers. What sets me apart from others is a clear understanding of both sides of the transaction—real estate sales as well as financing. Many transactions are successfully closed or unfortunately not closed based on how well the financing is structured and managed.
